Shipping & Delivery

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, following authorization and clearing of payment.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.

Orders payed by check or money order will be processed the next business day after the check/money order is received, authorized and cleared.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

There is a $5 flat shipping fee for orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more will receive free shipping to the Contiguous 48 US States (Excludes PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories). Orders over $150 to be shipped outside of the Contiguous 48 US States, will have to pay the $5 flat rate shipping, or choose and pay for USPS Priority Mail, if available.

Orders that qualify for Flat Rate or Free Shipping will be sent using the carrier of our choice. Generally, you will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed. If you would like to guarantee 2-3 day shipping, insurance and tracking, please select and pay for USPS Priority Shipping (some restrictions apply.)

Shipment to P.O boxes, APO/FPO, US Territories & International

At this time, Shop Hearthside ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Currently, we DO NOT ship merchandise to international locations, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO.

We do not ship to PO Boxes for fraud prevention reasons. If you place an order with a PO Box for the shipping address, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.

Additional Information

Shop Hearthside reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

You should receive and e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Some items are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality; please allow up to one week for items to ship. Larger handmade orders may take up to 2 weeks before shipping.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments/packages. Orders only ship on business days. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Returns & Replacements

We do not make returns or exchanges for merchandise that is simply unwanted. Please be certain that you want the items you purchase from us.

For broken or damaged items please notify us within 24 hours of accepting delivery. We will either refund your credit card directly, or send you replacement products. The broken item(s) may or may not need to be returned. Please ask for details in your particular situation.

If you have received the wrong item, we will either credit your card, ship a replacement, or include a replacement with your next order if it will be soon.

Backorders/Out of Stock Items: We will notify you of any out of stock or delayed items.
Products on this website may not be carried in-store.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments: Payments are processed through secure PayPal gateway. You may use any credit card, PayPal or PayPal Credit to pay for your order.
Check/Money Order: Orders payed by check or money order will be processed the next business day after the check/money order is received, authorized and cleared.
Minimum order of $75, maximum order of $500. United States checks/money orders only. Shipping to United States only.
